Hi All,

Come down to Tuggeranong and join us for a lap of the Lake Tuggeranong. It is fairly flat course, and will be something different. Sorry its so late in the month but I am recovering from Bowel Cancer surgery and undergoing Chemotherapy. This is one of a few chances I will get to do a group ride. I will be wearing the cool spiderman jersey.

Basic plan is do one lap of Lake Tuggeranong.

Distance: around 7 km

Pace: At your own pace - this is no race. Slowish pace. Enjoy the ride.

Bike Type: Bring any bike, Road & Mountain bike riders, All welcome. Kids welcome.

Where to meet: We meet at the bike path that crosses the car park that is located behind club lime. Try to arrive at 10.20am so we can get a group photo organised (if you want to be in that). There is a massive car park - so parking should not be an issue or you could just ride here to get extra km's up.

Hi All, It is with much regret I will not be able to attend the group ride. I have been feeling rather unwell from my Chemotherapy and have not gotten any better. So the Dr has advised against my riding. I will not be attending the site on Sunday due to my health.

This being the case - please enjoy the ride and hopefully someone will take the lead and take over as coordinator for this ride. Maybe Gary could take over please?
