This is an official ride that requires payment for entry. The distance is 64KM from the Rydges Hotel in Newcastle and finishing at the Crowne Plaza in the Hunter Valley. The group, should you wish to ride with us is PSCG.

Thanks for the invitation to join you today, I only just noticed the message. I am competing in a 2 day regatta over the weekend of the 27th and 28th. I will complete my riding kilometres on Monday. I am interested in doing this ride but would like a cycle buddy to do it with. I wont be racing but am fit and will ride at a good comfortable pace. Thoughts?

Hi Kathryn, you are more than welcome to join our group. We have a mixed bag but reckon the average speed will be around 25KM per hour

If I average 25klm/ph on this ride it will be a miracle closer to 22-23 if that suits you better. I will be able to stay with the others for a while but always drop off.

We are riding to Murray's Brewery on Saturday 27th planning to get there around 12.00pm some are riding from there to Tea Gardens ferry back to Nelson Bay then back out to Murrays. Some of us (more sensible or less fit) are riding from the top of Gilchrist Rd Salamander Bay at 10.45 riding via Boat Harbour Anna bay. All welcome to join us.
