Sammy Martin

Sammy was diagnosed with Adult Fibrosarcoma - Stage 3 and lost his battle on October 8th, 2013. He would have celebrated his 14th birthday this year on November 15th. There are people who come into our lives and leave footprints on our hearts - Sammy was one of those kids! He lived life to the fullest and had such a cheeky spirit, we loved having Sammy next door, all the kids on the block thought Sammy was the 'coolest'! I am hoping that my efforts will raise funding for research and increasing the survival rate for others. Awareness = Funding = Research = Treatments
