This October, I am taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer. Turns out that some 600 children are diagnosed with cancer every year and sadly, 3 lose their lives every week. These are children with big dreams and hopes that may never become realised.
And so I am riding and raising funds to support the Children's Medical Research Institute (CMRI) to help move the needle a little further, and to enable the institutes' research into the prevention, diagnosis, treatment and cure for this disease.
Also I am hoping that this would encourage some of you to bootstrap your own fundraising challenges, and suspect that it then opens the doors to aid a bunch of other clinical research efforts, which is a welcome extension to the management of wellness.
Please support my challenge by making a donation through my fundraising page to give these children a shot at living their best lives. Thanks for your support.
