We Are Riding For

Mackenzie Butterworth

Mackenzie is 2 years old whom recently was diagnosed with leukemia. She has 1 sister and 2 brothers at home while mum and her embark on the journey of cancer treatment. Mackenzie is a happy little girl who had continuously been getting sick and told she was just getting viral infections. After being sick on and off for weeks on end the family asked the hospital to run bloods which came out with the reason behind her being sick constantly, Leukemia. Dad (Brenton) is travelling Ballarat to Melbourne and maintaining the older kids return to school to keep their minds busy. While mum, (Tanya) is doing the 24/7 care at the Royal Children's Hospital Melbourne.

This October, Hot Pies is taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer!

Because right now, cancer is the largest single killer of children from disease in Australia – over 600 children are diagnosed with cancer every year and sadly, 3 die every week.

Kids should be living life, not fighting for it.

And so we are riding and raising funds to support the Children's Medical Research Institute to continue their work into the prevention, diagnosis, treatment and finding a cure for childhood cancer.

Please support our challenge by making a donation through our fundraising page to give these kids the brighter futures they deserve.

Together, we can save little lives.

    Thanks for your support.
