Our Story

  • Day 2 news
    2 Oct 2017

Our team of ten suffered a blow on day one because one of The Croc Rockers had a bike fall and fractured a clavicle....hmmm, Bugger !!!

So, that means the rest of us will have to raise a few more dollars each, and cycle a few more kilometres each, to keep our team targets...that's easy.

Don't forget that we can always add new members. The more Croc Rockers we have the better.

  • Let's recruit some more
    29 Sep 2017

Hey Croc Rockers. crOctober has crept up on me while I was sleeping and getting fat. And I forgot to recruit some more riders. So, we have less than 48 hours to get some more Rockers on board. Our team is already well ranked (thanks to Crikey Wayne), but we could be a top ten team in Australia if we all got some more riders on board, and some more dollars.

    See you on the road.

  • The Croc Rockers Great Cycle Challenge
    1 Aug 2017

    Crikey, Croc Rockers.

It's time to get on board the Challenge again. If you joined us last year, why not do it again and see if you can lift your game. If you missed out on joining us last year, then get off your cranky arse and see if you can ride as far, further than, or just a fraction of what The Croc That Rocks does. I'm back, fitter, fatter, slower, crankier, angrier, happier, and just a whole lot greener than last year. I'm going to do kilometres on my green BMC, green Tractor Bike, green unicycle, green MTB ( hang on, I better get out some green paint for that!). That's a lot of green and that's a lot of kilometres...maybe.

I don't care where you are, who you ride with, how far you ride, or how much money you raise. All I care about is that you do it as a Croc Rocker so I can bathe in your glory. This is about saving kids from cancer, it's about saving you from modern living, but most of all it's about me. I like to be noticed, and if you help me to be noticed, then that's good enough for me. And, you get to say you are a bestie of the world's favourite BMC (Big Mouthed Crocodile).

So, sign up sooner rather than later, otherwise I'm gunna keep hassling you until you do.

Don't be worried about your level of commitment. I will set the team target of kilometres and dollars to match all of our personal goals put together. All targets are accepted.

And don't forget, I will personally donate Croc$ to every member of the, if there's a hundred of you, that's $100 out of my big, fat Croc-skinned wallet.

So, what are you waiting for?

Oh, and spread the word. Recruit anyone for the team. As long as they share the love for me, the world's most loved crocodile, and a desire to give cancer a great big kick in the arse.

    See you on the road.

The Croc Rockers Great Cycle Challenge

  • 1 Aug 2017

This October, The Croc Rockers is taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer!

Because right now, cancer is the largest single killer of children from disease in Australia – over 600 children are diagnosed with cancer every year and sadly, 3 die every week.

Kids should be living life, not fighting for it.

And so we are riding and raising funds to support the Children's Medical Research Institute to continue their work into the prevention, diagnosis, treatment and finding a cure for childhood cancer.

Please support our challenge by making a donation through our fundraising page to give these kids the brighter futures they deserve.

Together, we can save little lives.

    Thanks for your support.
