18 October Lake Burrawan + new fire trail

21 km today through the Lake Innes Reserve along the Boundary F/T and home again via Crestwood Drive.

Discovered a fire trail I hadn’t been on before right down on the black soil, melaleuca wetlands that provided a beautiful environment and a hard slog for about 2km.

Loving the challenge. Just need now to crack the $1000 barrier in donations. Thank you to all of the donors. We have been so lucky in our family having two cancer survivors!

Heartbreak Hill ✅

My Garmin watch battery gave out about 8km into the ride today.

I had my first go at Heartbreak Hill in Matthew Flinders Drive for the first time in quite a while. The short ride helped me to make it up w/o stopping‼️💪🏽

Local Mountain Bike ride- part bush, part urban track & road

Enjoyed my first 30 km plus ride in beautiful weather.
