This October, I am taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge to honour my mum, dad, my two aunts who have all been diagnosed with cancer and to raise money for care, treatment and research of kids cancer. I don’t want this for any family to have to go through, and to think of the little kids battling this, it breaks my heart. So let’s do something about it.

Cancer is the largest single killer of children from disease in Australia. Right now, 90 children are diagnosed every month, and sadly, 3 die every week.

Kids should be living life, not fighting for it. For my mum, my dad, my Aunty Narelle and Aunt Gail, I would also like to ride in their honour as they fight their cancer battles.

I am riding and raising funds to support the Children's Medical Research Institute to continue their work into the prevention, diagnosis, treatment and finding a cure for childhood cancer.
