Two brave Tassie boys who fought cancer. Sadly George lost his battle two years ago.

My Story

The past few years I have ridden for two brave little Tasmanians: George McNees & Harvey Trotter. Both boys needed to travel to Melbourne for treatment and became friends.

Heartbreakingly George lost his battle with brain cancer two years ago, a disease he fought all of his short life.

Cancer is the largest single killer of children from disease in Australia – over 1,000 children are diagnosed with cancer every year and sadly, 3 die every week. Kids should be living life, not fighting for it.

Funds raised support the Children's Medical Research Institute to continue their work into the prevention, diagnosis, treatment and finding a cure for childhood cancer.
