Hi all,

5 years ago, i was diagnosed with Prostate cancer.

It was a really scary time but luckily i got it early and it's been removed but i still have day to day challenges around this.

I was in my early 50's, so seeing these kids go through far worse challenges is heartbreaking and i cannot imagine what they are going through but i see the support they get from CMRI and the difference that each little donation makes when all put together so this October I am once again taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer for my 10th year!

Right now, cancer is the largest single killer of children from disease in Australia – over 600 children are diagnosed with cancer every year and sadly, 3 die every week.

Kids should be living life

so I am riding and raising funds to support the Children's Medical Research Institute to continue their work into the prevention, diagnosis, treatment and finding a cure for childhood cancer.
