This will be my 7th year taking part in this challenge.

This year I'm doing this for my mum Peta Montecalvo who has not only survived breast cancer but is now living with multiple myeloma (bone cancer).

It is hard enough for an adult to have to deal with all the treatments required and dealing with the ups and downs that go with it.

Imagine being a young child, not being able to spent time with their friends, playing outside.

Every donation helps even if it's just the price of a cup of coffee.

Because right now, cancer is the largest single killer of children from disease in Australia – over 600 children are diagnosed with cancer every year and sadly, 3 die every week.

Kids should be living life, not fighting for it.

And so I am riding and raising funds to support the Children's Medical Research Institute to continue their work into the prevention, diagnosis, treatment and finding a cure for childhood cancer.
