My Story

I am proud to say this is my 8th year riding the challenge and raising funds to fight kid’s cancer. Sadly kid's cancer has not been beaten yet and the treatments are still very hard on the children. Having had chemo I feel I have some understanding of the difficulty of what children face. It must be so hard for children to understand. Also, something many don’t understand is often the joy of chemo doesn’t always end when the treatment ends. So, anything you feel able to give will help researchers in their work to help children.

Remember

In Australia, cancer is the largest single killer of children from disease in Australia – over 600 children are diagnosed with cancer every year and sadly, 3 die every week. That means over 440 more are going through the treatment and surviving.

Kids should be living life, not fighting for it.
